The Biology TA Development and Advancement team (TADA), in collaboration with Kinesiology and Mechanical Engineering, has invited the Centre for Teaching and Learning Technology (CTLT) Indigenous Initiatives team to run their workshop “Classroom Climate TA Training” on September 12th (Thursday) from 12-2PM in-person (MSL-101).
To participate in the workshop, there is an asynchronous Canvas portion that needs to be completed prior to the workshop (on Territorial Acknowledgments in Teaching and Learning, and on Classroom Climate and Student Learning), and then the in-person workshop will be on Sept 12th.
To register, please complete the Qualtrics form here: https://ubc.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_aialuzPLuEUEZtI
Space is limited for this workshop. If for any reason you’ve registered and can no longer attend, please reach out to me (gigi.lau@ubc.ca) so that the spot can go to another participant.
You can receive CIRTL associateship status if you attend 7 out of 8 TADA workshops over a two year period!
Please reach out if you have any questions! Looking forward to seeing you at the workshop.
