Jeff Werner

Jeff currently studies metapopulation dynamics of Arctic ground squirrels under conditions of cyclic and non-cyclic predation pressure. By combining landscape level surveys with experimentation at multiple scales Jeff hopes to identify the key habitat features that determine the probability of patch extinction, maintenance or recovery.
