EVO-WIBO is a biennial meeting of the evolutionary biologists of the Pacific Northwest. Every two years since 2006 except 2020, 120-140 evolutionary biologists from Washington, Idaho, British Columbia, Oregon, and beyond have gathered at Fort Warden for a weekend of outstanding talks, posters, and discussions about all aspects of evolutionary biology.
EVO-WIBO 2023 is dedicated to the life of Dick Gomulkiewicz, a foundational member of our community, for his contributions to the field, mentorship, friendship, and unfailing kindness.
This year we are grateful to have financial support from The American Society of Naturalists, which sponsored registration of their student members.
