I recently read an interesting article on electoral reform which prompted me to add this section so I could bore you with my opinion.

I just read an interesting article in the Jan 14, 2001 edition of the Vancouver Courier (a local newspaper) by Robin Brunet wherein the problem of getting proportional representation with the Canadian electoral process is discussed. I think I've found a simple solution that does better than the current system.
