Hi everyone,

I met with Invitrogen and was able to negotiate a price break for PstI and T4 ligase

Are there other suggestions for items we can add to this quote?

Are people still doing their library Q.C. with realtime PCR?

I don’t see why not. The biggest hurdle is always with the way finances divides and separates charges. I did a bit of this when a Ph.D. student and it can get complicated – it would be best to talk with Megan about how to go forward.
