Have an insect question?

Want to know what insect is making its home in your garden or flying around your local park? Maybe you are just fascinated by the remarkable insects all around us and have a general insect question. If so, send us an email at bugs@zoology.ubc.ca and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

When sending in photographs please include sighting data (location & date) with your insect photos to help with identification. Reliable identifaction from photographs becomes much harder without this information. Detailed date and location information also provides the possiblity for your insect find to be used in future research.
