I am an incoming PhD student starting in September 2023 interested in the evolution and adaptation of host-pathogen interactions in an increasingly human-altered world. My research will focus on exploring how the genetic diversity of hosts, Caenorhabditis nematodes, affects the evolution of virulence and specialisation in natural Leucobacter musarum parasites. I am also interested in the interaction of host ecology (i.e., food availability) and genetic diversity on infection outcomes.
