2025 ZGSA Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest

Announcement
When
October 31, 2025 04:00 pm
Where
Biodiv room 224 - Ralf Yorque Room
Host(s)
ZGSA: Emma, Viktorija, Amy, & Auguste

There will be three voting categories (1) most scientifically accurate, (2) scariest), and (3) people's choice).

Schedule:

3:00-4:00PM: Drop off your beautifully designed pumpkins at BRC 224 (Biodiversity Research Centre).
4:00-5:00PM: Voting opens! Cast your vote on the best pumpkin entry to each category (scientifically accurate, scariest, people's choice)
5:30PM: Awards ceremony, including well-deserved rounds of applause and pats on the back.

The Halloween party will commence with the start of voting at 4:00pm alongside Beveraginos. There will be sandwiches and pasta from Jo's Italian and snacks (by which we mean Halloween candy).

Reminder that this is an opportunity to win points for your cluster! Make your cluster proud by winning one of these categories or contribute by just attending and receiving participation points (trust us these add up).

Bonus cluster points to be given out if you dress up, it is Halloween after all!

For those of you working on your pumpkins, good luck! And for those of you who aren't, please come join us during the voting session this Friday and provide your input!
