aka the Extended Evolutionary Group Lab at the University of British Columbia
The S.O.W.D. lab meeting is named after the heads of the labs (Schluter, Otto, Whitton, Whitlock, Doebeli) originally forming this bi-weekly meeting of five labs spanning the departments of Zoology and Botany at the University of British Columbia. It is now a bi-weekly lab meeting of many lab groups at the University of British Columbia who are interested in studying Evolutionary Biology.The SOWD lab meets as a group every two weeks for joint lab meetings which is presented below. I (Brad Davis) am organizing the lab meetings this semester.
